GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Room’s availability
Rooms are available from 3 pm and must be left prior to 11 am the day of departure.
For delays at departure, hotel could charge you credit card the amount of 1 night.
The reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm.
If you need to arrive or depart during off hours, please kindly let us during office hours.
Breakfast and Restaurant
Breakfast price 17€, served 8:30 to 10:30 am
Restaurant opens 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner, please book by mail or by phone
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Sales Policy
For your booking, hotel doesn’t need any deposit. Total cost will be paid at place.
Credit card details are collected and saved like guarantee in case of cancellation, no show, or if you change the booking.
The hotel can cancel the booking if credit card details are incomplete or wrong.
Cancellation Policy
There is no charge if a booking is cancelled 15 days prior to the day of arrival.
Otherwise if the booking is changed, or cancelled less than 15 days prior to the day of arrival, or in case of No Show, we will charge to your credit card the amount of :
One night-stay: the amount of the night
2 nights-stay and more: 50% of the total cost of your planned stay.
Booking done less than 15 days prior to day of arrival is permanent and non cancellable.
All cancellations must be made by e-mail.
Linen and furniture at your disposal
We inform our clients that the given linen, the decoration and every accessory of the room, balcony or bathroom, are the property of the hotel.
For every missing or a noticed theft of the linen or other objects, we will charge your credit card.
If you want to buy something just ask to the reception.
Prices will be communicated with you.
Ex; bathrobes= 80€, beach towel=40€, Océopin soap 1L=69€

Credit Card, American Express, Cash.
Cheques are not accepted.
Our Rules and procedure
Please note that:
Dogs and cats are accepted free of charge with us under conditions never to be left alone in the room, and to respect the cleanliness of our garden and our courtyards they are admitted to the pool area, but in no case should they bathe. (the forest is available next door)
The property is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the application of a penalty on the bill for the amount of one night.
Battery charging (scooters, bicycles, etc.) is prohibited on the premises. Please contact the reception if necessary.
Noise, even during the day, is forbidden. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must cease between 22:00 and 7:00
The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form or not complying with this regulation will be invited by the management to leave the hotel immediately and without refund of his stay.
